"Seniorproffsen" are a local staffing and service company in Västerås with senior consultants in office service, cleaning, moving, garden, construction and social care. “Seniorproffsens” wish was to target a more profitable target group and reduce time-consuming administration.

To reduce administration, we made a digital offert request as well as a sticky link to the request and forms on all pages.
7. SMALL JOBS SOLUTION
The guerrilla interviews showed that there is a great need for private customers to get smaller jobs done. We saw a link between that and the seniors' need to come out and work and feel meaningful. We have outlined a service that connects private customers and seniors directly with the least possible administration.
